The move…

Hi! I know it’s been a while and I’m happy to have you here!

Since I checked in last we made the move cross country from Vegas to Illinois. Desert to endless farmland. Big city living to small town living. It’s been quite the ride and I love every bit of it.

I’ve determined I have a gypsy heart. There is no way around that. You really have to love your spouse and have a gypsy heart to uproot this many times in your life. It wasn’t in my control as a child through my father’s career, but dating my husband I knew what would happen if it worked out.

We have the house up to about 97% in place. I need to declutter like you couldn’t believe. The office is moving along. I got a desk, chair, and thanks to bad service in a tech center I now have a new computer too.

My older two girls started school today so there has been serious excitement around here. I hope we find our routine in this coming week because I need to get into my writing cave and get this Christmas novella moving.

As I try to find a new routine that I hope includes gym, school, writing, and family time I hope you find one of my books to entertain you. Fractured Fairytales anthology is releasing in a few weeks so if you haven’t reserved your copy, do it now!

Until next time! Happy reading!

Updates…

Hey everyone!

I know I’ve been MIA again, but man do I have some things in the works! Although, I think everyone prefers I’m writing on my novels rather than posting a blog just to post.

Since I posted last, I signed on to an anthology with nine other authors. I’ll be retelling Beauty and the Beast. I’m really excited about doing this awesome tale in modern times. Fractured Fairytales will release 9/2/17 so stay tuned for more on this project!

I’m also wrapping up Duplicity, book #3 of my St. Fleur Series. This story will follow Jaime Lynn and Jesse. You will finally get to see why these two have not taken their relationship to the next level, even though it’s painfully obvious they have the hots for each other.

I’m also hoping to work on a few other things this year. We will see how it goes with a pending move this summer.

Also, don’t forget to pre-order Always Mine for $0.99! If you’re a blogger and would be interested in helping Always Mine have an amazing release you can sign-up HERE. I’ll be revealing the cover on February 15th at the LET’S GET SOCIAL! Event Room.

What’s everyone reading this weekend? I’m listening to Pinky Promise by HJ Bellus and reading Savage Collision by Gwyn McNamee. I’m enjoying both stories very much!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and spends it with people they love!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I hope everyone enjoyed themselves last night! We hung out at home after a few weeks of go go go. It was amazing! My husband set a fire in the pit and we sat around chatting. When that was done we played cornhole. Overall a great night even if you include my younger two not cooperating with bed time.

Do you have any resolutions for the coming year? I don’t really do them because my goal is always to be a better version of myself. Right now, like many people, that does fall on a physical level but it’s also working on patience, kindness, etc…

This coming year is going to be an adventure. I’ll release Always Mine in March. I plan to finish writing Duplicity. I have a story I want to return to that has nothing to do with the St. Fleur series.

Somewhere in all of my writing we will also move to God only knows where. There are many unknowns in our family thanks to our four years in Las Vegas ending.

So tell me, what goals, resolutions, or aspirations to you have for this coming year?

Happy Reading!
